Bejoss may collect information you provide directly when you create an account, join an organization, manage a workspace, contact us, or otherwise use the service. This may include your name, email address, login details, organization membership, subscription status, and other account administration information.

We also collect the information you add to Bejoss to plan and run social workflows, including grids, captions, notes, approvals, scheduled dates, comments, publishing history, and related workspace records.

If you upload or sync assets, we may collect files and related metadata such as images, videos, folders, product information, and source references from connected services such as Dropbox or Shopify.

If you connect third-party accounts, we may receive account identifiers, usernames, profile metadata, access tokens, refresh tokens, granted scopes, and other information needed to maintain the connection or complete the workflow you enable.

When you use AI features, we may process prompts, captions, brand voice guidance, examples, selected product context, media, and related metadata needed to generate or improve captions, images, suggestions, and similar outputs.

We may also collect technical and usage information such as device and browser details, IP address, log data, cookie or session data, page interactions, and diagnostic information used to secure, operate, and improve the service.

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Bejoss. This includes creating and managing accounts, organizations, permissions, subscriptions, and user support interactions.

We use workspace data to store, organize, preview, schedule, approve, and publish social media content, and to support collaboration features such as comments, approvals, reminders, and notifications.

We use connected account and integration data to support workflows you authorize, including importing assets, syncing product information, and publishing scheduled posts through connected platforms.

We use AI-related inputs and outputs to provide caption generation, image generation, suggestions, embeddings, and other AI-assisted product features.

We may also use information to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Bejoss, our users, and others.

Bejoss includes AI-assisted features for social workflow tasks such as caption generation, image generation, brand voice guidance, and content suggestions. When you use these features, the information you submit for that workflow may be processed by Bejoss and service providers acting on our behalf.

Generated captions, images, recommendations, embeddings, and similar outputs may be stored in your workspace so your team can review, edit, approve, schedule, and publish them.

You should avoid submitting sensitive personal information or other data that you do not want processed through AI features unless you are comfortable with that processing for the requested workflow.

We do not sell personal information for money. We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, complete your requested workflows, comply with legal obligations, or protect Bejoss and its users.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the service, such as vendors supporting hosting, authentication, storage, email delivery, analytics, billing, AI, and related infrastructure.

When you choose to connect third-party accounts or integrations, we may share the content and metadata needed to complete the requested workflow, such as syncing products, importing assets, or publishing scheduled posts to connected social platforms.

Information you create in Bejoss may also be visible to other authorized members, collaborators, and administrators within your organization or shared workspace.

We may disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, respond to lawful requests, enforce our policies, or protect users and the service.

If you connect Instagram, TikTok, Dropbox, Shopify, or another third-party service, Bejoss will access and process the information reasonably needed to support the features you enable.

You can disconnect supported third-party accounts from your Bejoss settings. Disconnecting an account stops future access, although we may retain previously synced or published workflow records as part of your workspace history unless you also request deletion.

To request deletion of Bejoss account data or data associated with a connected account, contact info@bejoss.com and provide enough detail for us to identify the relevant account, organization, or workspace.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and the workflow it supports.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure sessions, measure usage, and improve the product experience.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance by contacting info@bejoss.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Bejoss is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
