This page explains how to delete data associated with your Bejoss account.

Most workspace data can be removed directly inside Bejoss by deleting grids or deleting an organization. Full user account deletion is handled by email request.

1. Delete workspace data yourself

If you want to remove content you created in Bejoss, you can delete your grids from the dashboard. Deleting a grid permanently removes the media items, captions, and grid settings associated with that grid.

If you manage an organization and want to remove shared workspace data for that organization, you can delete the organization from the settings area. This removes the organization and its associated workspace records from Bejoss.

2. How to remove grids and organizations

To delete a grid, sign in to Bejoss, open your grids, choose the grid you want to remove, and use the delete action in the grid controls.

To delete an organization, sign in to Bejoss, open Settings, go to the Organization section, and use the delete organization action. You should only do this if you understand that the deletion is permanent.

3. Full account deletion requests

If you want Bejoss to delete your user account itself, email info@bejoss.com. Account deletion requests are handled manually.

Please include the email address on the account and enough detail to identify the relevant workspace or organization so we can process the request safely.

4. Questions and verification

We may need to verify your identity before completing an account deletion request. If you have questions about deleting data in Bejoss, contact info@bejoss.com.
